We believe that our manufacturing workforce possesses skills that are transferable beyond their current role. That's why when jobs are lost or transformed due to artificial intelligence or automation, we want to help those workers identify their next role, and leverage and build on their skills to prepare them to be successful in it.
We understand personally how important these jobs are to rural communities and their collective success, and believe that with the right technology, approach, and motivation we can find new and creative ways to keep them.
